For dental injuries, a claim must be registered through a dentist who will have you fill out an ACC form. ACC will then assess the claim and provide funding for treatment. Unfortunately, ACC do not usually pay out for the full cost of treatment, although they will provide a substantial proportion of the cost. This can really make a big difference especially with larger ACC claims for more involved long term treatment options such as crowns, bridges and implants.

For emergencies, in most cases, the initial treatment will be fully or mostly covered. Our team will be able to give you an idea of any extra cost or co-payment at time of consultation.
