Your dentist will provide you with our standard payment terms during your consultation. We understand that life can be unexpected, a chipped tooth, tooth whitening for your wedding day or you prefer to pay off your treatment.

Merivale Dental Group’s Payment Terms & Conditions

Please note that all payments are required on the day of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made with the reception staff. All costs of collection incurred in the recovery of overdue funds, including but not limited to debt recovery charges, late payment penalties, and legal fees will be added to the balance of your account. You may, in addition, incur a late payment fee of 10% on the gross amount outstanding on any late payments including any disbursements if not fully paid within 60 days of the invoice.
